Through its events and documentation center, the CRDIE cultivates the objectives of reflection and exchange of best practices, which are dear to the hearts of its committee members, who represent all the French-speaking cantons.
Today’s CRDIE brings together representatives from the management of educational institutions and cantonal associations in French-speaking Switzerland.
ITS AIM IS TO
- promote and defend the function of director-director in French-speaking Switzerland
- ensure compliance with the deontology and ethics of the position
- encourage continuing education for directors, while respecting the specific identities of each institution
- safeguard the professional interests of its members
- strengthen ties, mutual support and collaboration between directors and managers
EXCHANGES, EVENTS AND DOCUMENTATION CENTER
The CRDIE committee is made up of representatives from each of the French-speaking cantons. Motivated by the search for solutions to improve their practices and the working conditions of the association’s members, it meets several times a year to discuss current issues, highlights and concerns of the various institutions represented. The Committee is also responsible for organizing the Annual General Meeting and the annual Temps fort, the main events organized by the Conference. Finally, we offer a completely revamped document center, enabling members to exchange thoughts and key documents more easily.
